A single load is roughly 5 kg of laundry — about the amount that fits in a standard household washing machine. Most of our clients already have their laundry separated into lights and darks, which makes it super easy when we collect.
If it’s not separated, no problem — we’ll sort it for you to make sure your clothes are washed the right way, using the correct cycles and detergents. Our goal is to keep it fair, consistent, and perfectly fresh every time.

We keep payments easy and flexible — you can pay by cash, card, bank transfer, or PayID (just ask for our details in advance).
Payment must be made before delivery to ensure smooth service.
If payment isn’t received, delivery may be delayed until our next scheduled run in your area — which could be up to one week later.

Please note: larger or heavy items like doonas and comforters may incur a small extra charge, as they require special handling and additional drying time.

Nope — that’s our job! We carefully sort your laundry by color and fabric type before washing to make sure everything comes back clean, bright, and protected.
